UAE AI leader Presight has signed a partnership with Dubai Taxi Company to develop artificial intelligence solutions that will transform fleet operations and accelerate Dubai’s transition to smart, sustainable transportation. The collaboration, announced at GITEX Global 2025, will integrate cognitive mobility technologies to enhance customer journeys and support the emirate’s vision for greener transport.
The Memorandum of Understanding between Presight and Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) marks a significant step toward positioning Dubai as a technology-driven mobility leader in the region.
Under the agreement, Presight will embed cognitive mobility technologies that redefine fleet operations, enhance customer journeys, and advance Dubai’s vision for a greener and technology-enabled future. The partnership will introduce predictive and generative intelligence into services while building an integrated data-driven ecosystem.
“Mobility is one of the clearest examples of how artificial intelligence can create immediate impact,” said Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight. “Our work with Dubai Taxi Company demonstrates how applied AI can improve journeys, reduce emissions, and set new standards in sustainable mobility.”
The centerpiece of the collaboration is an EV Mobility Intelligence Platform that will serve as the digital command hub for electric vehicle operations. This platform will integrate mobile and web applications with real-time telemetry, providing drivers with a dedicated app featuring charging insights and route recommendations.
DTC management will gain access to advanced dashboards with predictive analytics, carbon tracking, heat mapping, and comprehensive trip logs. These tools aim to improve efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience across the taxi network.
“Dubai Taxi Company is setting the benchmark in the shift toward sustainable and technology-enabled mobility,” said Ammar Rashed Albreiki, Chief Operations Officer at Dubai Taxi Company. “Working with Presight allows us to integrate intelligence across every level of our operations.”
The MoU also outlines future initiatives expanding sustainable mobility solutions, Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, and predictive analytics across the emirate’s transport sector. This comprehensive approach builds on Dubai’s ongoing efforts to modernize its transportation infrastructure, including recent RTA modernization initiatives and the development of automated parking systems.
The partnership reinforces Dubai’s position as a regional innovation hub, particularly in artificial intelligence applications. The collaboration comes as the UAE continues advancing its AI-powered government services across various sectors.
These initiatives will support Dubai’s transition to electric mobility while strengthening resilience in transport systems, contributing to the city’s broader sustainability goals and smart city transformation.
