Just outside of downtown Dubai is the gated community Arabian Ranches. A lot of locals live there in beautiful luxury villas or semi-detached houses. The complex is conveniently located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and can be reached quickly from Jumeirah Beach.
The location is very good and especially in this area a lot is being built and there are already many interesting sights such as the Miracle Garden or the Global Village. The Dubai Autodrome is also within easy reach, where you can take a lap in a racing car.
If you want to go to the residential complex, you will be checked at the gate and you have to tell the security staff what you want there and if you want to visit. If you live there, you can of course drive straight to the residential complex.

Only visitors need to go to the gate first and Arabian Ranches has 24-hour security. Of course, those who live there also want to have a lot of security. But crime is very low in Dubai and there is nothing to worry about there.
Arabian Ranches
It is very practical that there is a supermarket with a small shopping mall where residents can shop there. Otherwise, you would have to drive to the city center of Dubai, where of course you need much longer for it. It is best to use Umm Suqeim Street where you then come out directly to the Mall of the Emirates.
There is one of the largest supermarkets in Dubai where you can find everything you need. The villa complex is built with very beautiful Arabic villas in different styles. Some houses have their own pool and for others, there is a community swimming pool and also a small kindergarten where you can let them play.

Within Arabian ranches, there are other individual communities that have different architectural styles and themes. The Arabic style or the Mediterranean style is very popular.
The infrastructure of Arabian Ranches can be compared to a small town and the highlight is certainly the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, which is one of the best golf courses in Dubai. So if you would like to play golf in Dubai, this is the place for you.
But there is also a golf hotel where you can stay if you don’t own a house there. Of course, you can also buy your own property there if you have the necessary change. Around 4,000 houses have already been built there in several construction phases. Incidentally, Arabian Ranches was built by Emaar and of course, there are also restaurants and cafes.

Many owners also use the house as a holiday home and stay a few weeks a year to maybe play golf. Of course, the winter months are particularly popular because there is the best weather in Dubai.
