President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese convened a significant bilateral meeting at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, focusing on deepening UAE-Australia strategic cooperation.

During the discussions, His Highness emphasized the robust and steady growth of bilateral relations, highlighting key collaboration areas including investment, renewable energy, sustainability, and education. These sectors align closely with the development priorities of both nations.

“Ties between the UAE and Australia go beyond political and economic spheres, encompassing cultural and educational dimensions that form an important bridge for mutual understanding,” Sheikh Mohamed stated.

The meeting also addressed critical regional dynamics, with Sheikh Mohamed expressing appreciation for Australia’s recognition of the State of Palestine. He noted this move reflects a nuanced understanding of establishing lasting peace through a two-state solution.
