This area in Dubai was the first to open up to foreign investors, allowing them to purchase property in the UAE. The developer of this community is the well-known Dubai developer Emaar. Arabian Ranches is a club community, making it great for families with children. The area is not a popular tourist destination. Here you will enjoy peace and comfort.

There are over 4,000 houses in Arabian Ranches. Here you can buy both small houses and huge villas with a private pool.

Arabian Ranches consists of three large clusters: Arabian Ranches 1, 2 and 3. All of them are landscaped with parks and trees, making them comfortable in hot weather. There are lots of barbecue areas for children. Athletes will find tennis courts and a golf club here. Pets are welcome in the community, which is not so common in the UAE.

Dubai Hills Estate

The community has sports areas, a skate park, walking and cycling paths, a golf club, a large shopping center, Dubai Hills Mall, which has many cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, and a cinema. Excellent location between the Marina, the Palm, and Downtown. 15-20 minutes to the main locations of Dubai.

The Springs Dubai

From the point of view of urban planning, the houses are made in a colorful Arabic style. There are about 5,000 luxury cottages in Springs with swimming pools and private gardens. Car owners will be pleased with the availability of their own parking spaces.

This community of cottages is ideal for families with children due to its peaceful and secure environment, as well as its well-established amenities. Incredibly, this place was once a desert, considering the abundance of trees and ponds now present. The Springs doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of a tourist metropolis.
