Dubai Marina is planned to become the largest artificial yacht harbour, leaving behind Marina del Rey in California, USA.

In the area there are more than 200 skyscrapers – towers with apartments, hotels, residential complexes.

Dubai Marina was developed in 2 stages. On the first stage was built a residential complex of 6 houses with a total value of about $1.2 billion. At the same time such attractions as Iris Blue, Al Fattan Towers, Dubai Marina Towers and others were built.

The second phase is still ongoing, and new residential and office high-rise buildings are still being constructed and designed. The honor of the skyscrapers exceeds 300 meters. Today the tallest building is Pentominium – 516 meters.

The main goal of the Dubai Marina project is to build an artificial city that will include everything necessary for a comfortable existence of people, improving their status and quality of life. The prestige of the district lies in the combination of picturesque coastal landscapes and a full-fledged urban infrastructure.

Dubai Marina is considered one of the most attractive areas for investors. Here you can invest not only in residential buildings, but also in offices, salons, restaurants, hotels. For example, it is now possible to buy apartments in the Marina Gate complex from Select Group, which will be put into operation in 2021. The initial cost is US$382,808 and US$23,746,154.

It is known that in the first half of 2018, there were 1,445 deals in this area for almost 3 billion dirhams.

At present, the Dubai Marina district has approximately 28,500 built-up rooms and apartments, and a further 4,800 are under construction. It is estimated that some 120,000 people could be accommodated here. This is only in the housing complexes already under construction.

Next – in the metro to Jumeirah Lakes Towers station (DMCC Metro Station 1) or in bus 8 to Marsa Dubai stop (the journey takes approximately 15 minutes).
