Dubai Miracle Garden

In this post, we will give you some tips for an unforgettable visit to Dubai Miracle Garden, including entrance fees, travel and all the highlights. Miracle Garden is just a charming, almost magical flower paradise.

A kind of city was created here, consisting only of plants and flowers. Incredibly impressive, incredibly beautiful, incredibly fun, and incredibly special. If you are planning a trip to the United Arab Emirates, visiting Dubai Miracle Garden should also be on your wishlist.

Men might find the flower garden a bit kitchtime and yet totally impressive. There may be lots of hearts and teddies made of flowers, but also a complete plane!

A total of around 42 million flowers should be transplanted in the Dubai Miracle Garden. This number sounds so incredible that you should almost check it out for yourself.

1. Visit Dubai Wonderful Garden on a Weekday

The flower garden has become incredibly famous, especially through Instagram, and is very popular with both tourists and locals. Weekends in Dubai – Friday and Saturday – this is where all the locals go on excursions and discover their homeland. Dubai’s Wonderful Garden is particularly popular with Emirati and expatriates alike. Therefore, it is very crowded here on Friday and Saturday. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you come here on a weekday and be there as early as possible.

2. The Dubai Miracle Garden is Only Open in Winter

It is very warm in Dubai all year round. In the winter months, it is really very pleasant with around 20 to 30 degrees, but in the summer months, the thermometer can easily climb to over 50 degrees. It goes without saying that the 42 million flowers cannot survive at such temperatures. The owners can pour as much as they want – the water simply evaporates too quickly. The Miracle Garden is always open from November to the end of May and is closed over the summer months from the end of May to the beginning of November.

3. Dubai Miracle Garden: The Entrance Fee and Buy Tickets

The Dubai Miracle Garden is open daily:

  • On weekdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • On the weekend (Friday, Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The entrance fee is:

  • For adults 45 dirhams.
  • For children up to 12 years of age 35 dirhams.
  • There is no admission fee for children under 2 years of age.
  • You can buy tickets directly on-site at the ticket counters. Unfortunately, online is currently not possible.

4. How to Get to the Dubai Miracle Garden Comfortably and Cheaply

Depending on which part of the city you live in, the journey can take a little longer. The convenient and easy option is of course by taxi. Since taking a taxi in Dubai is very cheap, that would also be a good option.

If you have a car, you can of course simply drive there yourself and use one of the thousands of parking spaces.

Getting here by public transport is also easy:

  • Take the metro to the Mall of Emirates.
  • Go to the bus station at the Mall of Emirates.
  • The express bus 105 takes you every 30 minutes from the Mall of Emirates directly to the Miracle Garden and back.

5. The First Highlight: the Viewing Platform Flower Garden Dubai

When you enter the flower park you will be overwhelmed by the many, many flowers. I recommend that you first walk to the middle of the park and climb the stairs to the viewing platform. From there you have a wonderful view over the entire park and can also see the major highlights from above.

6. Second Big Highlight: The Emirates Plane Made of Flowers

From the viewing platform you can then go down the stairs on the other side and walk to the gigantic plane.

Here a small Emirates plane was copied and planted with tens of thousands of flowers. It’s just gigantic what was created here.

7. Instagram Hotspot: The Heart Arches in Pink Flower Garden in Dubai

Directly to the right of the huge Emirates Flower Flyer are the pink heart arches. Especially on Instagram, you will find pictures of beautiful, romantic hearts everywhere. And yes, you can just take wonderful photos here.

8. Enchanting and yet almost kitschy: the Schmetterling Archways Butterfly Arch Dubai Miracle Garden

A little further to the left of the plane are the kitschy butterfly arches. They are really cute and also planted in beautiful colors: pink, red, pink, white, and yellow.

9. For the Kiddies Among You: the XXXL Teddy Bear Made of Flowers

For all children and the young at heart there is the huge, sweet XXL teddy bear.

Right next to it, there are also falcons made of flowers, which were a bit too colorful and frizzy even for me.

10. Time for a Break: Food, Snacks, Comfortable and Charming Seating Heart Arch

You should plan around 2 hours to visit the Miracle Garden. If you get hungry or thirsty, you can buy something at one of the many small shops. There really is everything your heart desires: grilled corn, burgers, french fries, fruit, chocolate fruits, cotton candy, donuts, and more.

Unfortunately, many shop owners speak to people directly when they walk by, which I always find a bit annoying. But good: A friendly “No, thank you” and the matter is done. In general, there is a lot of nice seating in the park, such as small swings and demarcated tables behind an arch of hearts.
